Canadian Singer Celine Dion’s Weight Loss secret is now disclosed. She is the one who sang “My Heart Will Go On” in the movie Titanic stole everyone’s heart. In 2010 she was diagnosed with cancer which is the main reason behind her weight loss. 

Celine Dion faced a lot of critics regarding her weight loss but this beautiful lady confidently replied on The Sun__ “I am doing this thing for me because I want to feel strong, beautiful, feminine, and sexy,” She said fashion helped her very much to cope up after her husband’s death. Even after a lot of criticism Celine stood firmly and looks stunning in her recent pictures. 

She looks skinnier after weight loss. Here is the picture of 52-year-old Celine Dion though it is hard to believe it’s true the singer is in her 50s and still looks gorgeous.

“I am a lot thinner, but I’m working hard,” she says. “The ballet is fun and it gets your heart rate up so you can lose some calories,” said Celine Dion. 

Celine Dion said in People magazine__ “People say, ‘She’s a lot thinner,’ but I’m working hard. I like to move and (weight loss) comes with it.” she goes to ballet class four times a week. This helped her in her weight loss.

Celine Dion eats only vegetarian and gluten-free food. She says that “I eat lots of vegetables, I do not drink wine anymore, I take care of my throat”. She doesn’t eat sugary foods or bread to keep herself fit. 

Breakfast Black Coffee And Croissant

Celine expressed her craving in an interview with ABC News “I like croissants, a little bit of coffee,” she said. “That’s my breakfast.”

Celine also told that her husband would always tell her to eat whenever she took small portions. Though he always encouraged her to lose weight. 

She also said in People Magazine “As you know I lost my husband last year,” she told PEOPLE magazine in November 2017. “He was very dear to me so singing these songs is bringing back lots of memories and emotions,” she added that she wants to as long as she can for her children. 

Mid-meals: Fresh Fruits

Celine always prefers to have fruit that should be fresh and seasonal. She is very specific about what she likes. She always requests pineapple, melon, and cherries if they are in season. 

Lunch: Baguette and salad or cauliflower vichyssoise (soup) + savory Italian custard

“I have a tendency to want brie on baguettes with some salad or cauliflower vichyssoise (soup) + savory Italian custard pie,” said Celine in an interview with ABC News. “And I know that Rene was always telling me, ‘Eat! Eat!’ — because he saw how skinny I had become.”

Dinner: sfihas (Mediterranean meat pie) and either a serving of fried cauliflower or French fries

“I have cravings for white wines, cheeses. I like sfihas (Mediterranean meat pie) with either fried cauliflower or French fries,” Celine told People magazine in November 2017. “It’s hard to resist the temptation.”

Celine keeps herself active for which she goes for a long walk, pilates classes, and exercises every day to keep herself in shape. She also takes off from work when she has too many cravings which is very normal as many of us struggle with cravings.  

 

Celine Dion’s Workout Routine for Weight Loss

  • Celine is very passionate about her fitness for which she does off-stage exercises.
  • She likes to start with a stationary bike. “Then, I lie on my stomach on a massage table, pushing into my palms or elbows to tone my shoulder blades in order to hold my neck — which is very long — while I sing. My physiotherapist makes sure my spine is aligned and that my shoulder blades aren’t stuck together.”
  • She goes to ballet classes four times a week. 
  • She has also taken up yoga and pilates classes.
  • She also does cardio and exercises with her trainer.
  • One thing is for sure, Celine never misses exercising every day, which is her mantra for fitness.
