Wanna Know How did Ayesha Curry Lose Weight? You might be amazed to know that this amazing food blogger lost 35 pounds and looks stunning. The charming 32-year-old pretty lady is a Canadian-American actress, cookbook author, and cooking television personality. She married an NBA player Stephen Curry.

Ayesha Curry’s Weight Loss Journey

Ayesha shared a post on Instagram where she wrote “ I started my fitness journey because I wanted to be strong and healthy for myself and the people who depend on me. But it is important that I did it my way, which meant I needed to work out to fit in my life, Not take me away from it. I hate the term balance because I don’t think there is any formula that works for everyone, but I do believe that creating time for yourself to exercise is never time wasted. So I went to work finding ways to incorporate healthy habits into my busy schedule, and picked up a few tricks along the way.”

Curry’s secret to losing weight is pretty different she makes her own rules which she follows very passionately. Rather than sticking to any particular diet plan or exercise regime she tries to find out new, easy, and quick ways by which she can lose weight along with managing work and family. She looks at quick healthy recipes, easy 10-minute workouts, etc.

No doubt this pretty lady is an inspiration for all who want to lose weight during the quarantine or in this pandemic situation where quarantine 15 has a great chance. Wanna know what is Quarantine 15? Well, it refers to extra unwanted weight. Being at home all the time, working on screens for hours, lack of entertainment, and changed routine created stress and anxiety in many people, and to cope with these emotions, we indulge in emotional eating which results in extra weight. This is why Ayesha is a big inspiration despite these common challenges she managed to shed excess weight to keep her body in shape and look fit and healthy.

She eats breakfast on weekends when she prepares scrambled eggs or smoked salmon scrambled. She also likes to have a brew with french vanilla creamer on non-fasting days.

Lunch:

“After my workout, I’ll have some sort of salad with protein,” Ayesha says. “I’ve been loving shaved Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and kale with salmon.” This busy mom also likes to have a chocolate protein shake.

Ayesha prepares dinner on her own for her loved ones and says, “That’s where my focus is when it comes to preparing a meal for my family. It’s not breakfast, it’s not lunch, it’s definitely dinner because that’s the time I know we’re going to get to sit around the table together,” she said.

She mainly prefers green stuff. “We’re like Brussel sprouts, asparagus, and broccoli family,” Ayesha says. “We love green veggies.”
